“6/5 stars for Morgan from UAR. He came to our home and diagnosed the problem super quick and ordered the part that was needed immediately. Came by the next day to install the motor and then the belt was incorrect which ending up breaking when testing it. Came back again today after the correct belt was acquired and was testing out the dryer to make sure it was working properly. When testing it out the drum was rubbing against something so Morgan took the time to adjust a part and test it again. After a few times finally found the problem and the dryer was fixed. Definitely knowledgeable and a cool guy. Would definitely like to have him again if anything else is needed for repair. Also gave info on where to find the correct parts for whichever piece of equipment you have.”

“Our dryer stopped working on a Friday night. We called, and left a voicemail, with Universal Appliance Repair on Saturday, knowing they probably weren’t open for the weekend. They called me back quickly, I described what was going on. They scheduled to come out on Monday. (Very quick on responding, returning calls). I got a call Monday letting me know he was on the way. Morgan diagnosed, and repaired, quickly. We have used Universal Appliance Repair before. I was happy they sent the same associate as before. Morgan showed me the problem, repaired it, and had me check to insure it was running properly. Definitely will call them again if I need an appliance repaired.”
